General Conditions


  • DEPOSIT: to complete your booking, you must make a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount. Payment may be made by bank transfer or at the reception area of the Marítim Apartments.
  • PAYMENT OF BOOKING: the amount for the total stay will be paid on the day you arrive while guests check in.  Payment can be made in cash or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
  • APARTMENT PRICES: the price of the apartment depends on the number of people staying in it, the type of apartment, how long you stay and the season. It may also vary depending on any extra services you contract, such as parking. Our prices include water, gas and electricity, as well as towels, sheets and all kitchenware.
  • BOOKING FORM: if you would like to know the price of the apartments, please submit the small booking form that is on the CONTACT page. We will respond as quickly as possible and with the best offer available.
  • CLEANING: the apartment is cleaned 2 or 3 times per week depending on the rate selected. Cleaning includes a change of towels. The sheets are changed once a week. Cleaning of the kitchen is NOT INCLUDED. It is possible to request daily cleaning service for an extra charge.
  • SECURITY DEPOSIT: when checking in, guests shall pay a security deposit that will be returned when checking out, after the apartment is inspected and verified that there has been no damage and that guests have cleaned the kitchen.
  • CHECK IN TIME: guests can check in after 3 pm. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to leave your bags in a bag check and if the apartment is already cleaned and ready, you can go there early.
  • CHECK OUT TIME: the apartment must be vacated by 11.30 am on the day of your departure.
  • PETS: Voramar Apartments does not admit pets.
  • NO SMOKING: all apartments are NON smoking. Please do not smoke inside the apartments.
  • BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY: the full deposit will only be returned if the cancellation is at least 28 days before the check in date.
